Start with Walt's original Disneyland, then make room for Cars Land at Disney California Adventure. This is a strong choice when classic Disney, specific favorite rides, and a California trip belong in the same holiday.

My takeI love Disneyland's old Disney feel for nostalgic fans, and California Adventure is awesome. I'd consider California with extra savings or if you live nearby; the actual trip cost depends on where you're coming from.

Plan for thisTwo parks still mean choices. A short visit cannot fit every attraction, and Los Angeles sightseeing needs its own travel time.

DisneySea: Hannah’s all-time favorite

Tokyo pairs a classic Disneyland park with DisneySea's elaborate themed ports, including Fantasy Springs. Put it high on your list if the worlds between the rides, themed food, and the surrounding Japan trip are part of the appeal.

My takeI loved the adventure theme, the little places to explore, the popcorn flavors, and the cute souvenirs. It felt welcoming to enjoy a Disney day with friends without kids.

Plan for thisDisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland are separate parks. Give each the time you want, and check current ticket and attraction access rules before setting your plan.

Pair Disneyland Park's Sleeping Beauty Castle with Disney Adventure World's World of Frozen, Pixar, and Marvel areas. This is the European option when Disney and a wider France trip both belong in the plan.

My takeParis was my least favorite Disney destination, and I found the transportation frustrating. I still liked it for adventure, and it felt small to me. Its current lineup includes the expanded Disney Adventure World.

Plan for thisThe resort is outside central Paris, so allow travel time. Two theme parks and city sightseeing are separate parts of the itinerary.

A single theme park with World of Frozen and distinctive attractions makes an appealing Disney chapter in a Hong Kong trip. Start here if a focused park visit and plenty of time for the city sound like your balance.

Shanghai is a strong contender for distinctive rides and immersive lands: Zootopia, TRON Lightcycle Power Run, and Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure. Pair a focused Disney visit with a broader Shanghai trip.

Does this quiz choose a Disney park or a whole resort?

Both. It compares the six resort destinations—California, Florida, Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong, and Shanghai—then suggests a starting park within your result. Walt Disney World has four theme parks; Anaheim, Tokyo, and Paris have two each; Hong Kong and Shanghai have one each.

Which Disney resort is best for adults?

It depends on the day you want. My own favorite is Tokyo DisneySea. I’d send food-and-travel lovers toward EPCOT, Star Wars fans or a date day toward Hollywood Studios, nostalgia fans toward California’s Disneyland, and people excited by modern rides toward Shanghai. The quiz weighs those interests against your trip style.

Which Disney is cheapest if I already have money saved?

A ticket price alone cannot answer that. Your starting point, flights, dates, number of nights, hotel, meals, and park days change the total. The quiz finds a trip you’re excited about. Before booking, compare the full cost of your result and the alternative using your actual dates.

Will everyone get DisneySea because it is Hannah’s favorite?

No. My favorite is a personal recommendation, not a bonus in the scoring. Your answers determine the result. If you choose a region, the quiz stays within it; when two destinations tie, the result tells you.

What should I check before booking Disneyland Paris?

Paris was my least favorite Disney destination overall, and I found the transportation frustrating. I still love Phantom Manor. The resort is outside central Paris, so map your hotel-to-park trip before booking and use the official transport information. Buy tickets through the resort or a verified authorized seller.
